Cape Verde Jetty Construction Supported by Multicat Mobilisation and Jack-Up Towage

Chartering
IMC Shipbrokers was pleased to support a longstanding client during the first phase of construction of a new jetty in Cape Verde. Once completed, the jetty will extend 135 metres and will be supported by 600m piles combined with concrete beams forming the structural grid. A wood deck and substructure will provide a smooth and durable finish. The facility is primarily intended to serve domestic fishing vessels and tourist boats, contributing to the development of local maritime infrastructure.

For this project, IMC Shipbrokers successfully mobilised a multicat from West Africa to tow a jack-up from port to the project site and assist with local movements throughout the operation.
